Organization and Vendor Tables at EPIC
A limited quantity of tables are available for vendors and non-profit groups at EPIC.
If you are interested in petition signing, distributing your organization's literature, selling non-consumable items,
this is a perfect opportunity for you.
Tables are available on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested it is suggested you reserve your table soon.
Tables are 6 feet in length and will be provided by Ithaca College. There are some contractual rules that apply to table rental:
$75 for anti-frack and non-profit groups.
$125 for business. You may rent a table (first come, first served) by:
- No food vendors are permitted at this event (Ithaca College rule, not ours) so be sure you are not planning to sell food.
- No vendors of drinks or beverages of any kind are permitted at this event (Ithaca College rule, not ours) so be sure you are not planning to sell this type of item.
- The tables are provided unadorned (e.g. no tableclothes or other accessories). You must provide your own accessories of this type.
$75 for anti-frack and non-profit groups.
$125 for business. You may rent a table (first come, first served) by:
- Sending a check payable to "Jeff & Jodi Films", 8383 Gallagher Road, Hammondsport, NY 14840.
Memo should read "Table Rental Request."
In order to receive the lower price, we need to know the name of your group or organization. - E-mail your request to jeffandjodifilms@hotmail.com,
subject line "Table Rental Request."
Please include your name, the name of your group and organization, and your phone number.
